"Unikat" or Signature patterns are the most treasured of the Polish Stoneware Pottery, from Boleslawiec, Poland. All dog pattern pieces are Quality 1, Ceramika Artystyzcnza signed. The soft white polish clay, know for its hard nature is fired at 2300 degrees Farenheit until it is an exceptional hardness for baking, holding heat evenly, resisting breakage. Pieces are lead-free and non-toxic, safe for oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Should avoid sudden temperature changes. The Luncheon Plate is a traditional salad/dessert sized plate.
